Project: 33 Queen Street, London

Saper Glass are delighted to announce that they have secured the architectural glazing package on this prestigious project in the City of London. This five floor 52,600 Sq ft building is being fully refurbished to provide prime office space with existing tenants, The London Chamber of Commerce relocating to new office space on the ground and basement levels. Our works comprise of the glass and architectural metalwork package to the front façade of the building and include a new entrance façade flanked either side with large feature display windows both of which are framed within antique finished brass reveals. We are also providing architectural hand railing and aluminium coping and facia panels to external balcony areas on levels 4 and 5. These are finished in a dramatic combination of black anodised aluminium and antique brass.

Project: Anchorage House, London

Saper Glass are delighted to announce that they have secured the atrium glazing package within this 9 floor Docklands based office building. As part of a renovation scheme the current atrium area is being partially infilled with an exposed glulam frame and CLT slabs to aesthetically improve upon the building’s original 90s style interior and increase lettable office space. The existing glazing system will be fully removed and replaced with a series of very large, bespoke timber framed glazed screens each incorporating floor to ceiling toughened and laminated glass panels designed to operate as structural barriers without handrails.

Project: 160 Aldersgate, London

Saper Glass are delighted to announce that they have been selected to supply glass wall cladding and mirrors within the new toilet cores as part of the extensive refurbishment of this 1980’s office building. The scheme will provide 266,000 Sq ft of prime office space over 8 floors and our works include the supply and installation of some 1,000 SQM of back painted glass wall cladding and mirrors within toilets on all floors.

Saper Glass are delighted to announce that they have secured the order to supply glass wall cladding and mirrors within toilet cores across all floors of this newly constructed 11 storey office building in Kings Cross. 4 Pancras Square is the new home of Universal Music who have taken all office space within the building.

Project: Rathbone Square, London

Saper Glass are delighted to announce that they have been selected to supply glass wall cladding and mirrors with both the offices and residential elements of this project. Situated at the heart of London’s West End, Rathbone Square comprises of a low rise apartment building containing 142 luxury apartments and ground floor retail and a 6 storey office building which will be the new London HQ for Facebook who have taken the entire builidngs office space. Our works comprise of some 2000 SQM of back painted glass cladding and mirrors located across both the residential and office buildings.

Project: Metrobank Colchester

Saper Glass are delighted to announce that they have secured another Metro bank, this time in the historic town of Colchester. The scope of works within this full refurbishment of an existing High Street retail unit is to include all of the external shopfront glazing into polished stainless steel perimeter frames and frameless glass entrance doors. Internally there will be glass partitioning forming a client meeting room. Colchester will be Saper’s 23rd Metro Bank project.

Project: Battersea Power Station

Saper Glass are pleased to announce that they have secured an order to provide glass wall cladding within 2no apartment blocks on the Battersea Power Station site, working in conjunction with the joinery contractor, our works comprise of the supply and installation of back painted glass wall cladding within bath/shower enclosures and vanity units.

Project: Liverpool Street Station

Saper Glass are delighted to announce that they have secured another phase of works at Liverpool Street Station. In this phase our works comprised of the supply and installation of 4 frameless glass shopfront facades within the main concourse forming new retail units. These new units are on the site of the old ticket office which is being relocated to platform 10. The glass selected was a toughened and laminated construction with Sentry Glass security interlayer. This continues on from our previous works within phase one last year where we supplied a number of glazed partition walls to the new passenger lounge areas and shopfront facades along the refurbished concourse level above platform 10.

Saper Glass are delighted to announce that they have secured another Metro bank, this time at Clapham Junction close to what is widely regarded as on our Europe’s busiest train station. The scope of works within this full refurbishment of an existing town centre retail unit is to include all of the external shopfront glazing into polished stainless steel perimeter frames and frameless glass entrance doors. Internally there will be glass partitioning forming a client meeting room. Clapham Junction will be Saper’s 22nd Metro Bank project.

Project: Foyles, Chelmsford

Saper Glass are please to announce they have secured an order to provide the shopfront assembly for Foyles new store located within Chelmsford’s new Bond Street shopping district. Constructed in Pilkington Planar, the shopfront was a double height bolted glass façade supported from full height glass fins to achieve a completely frameless and transparent façade.
